JLL is a real estate and investment management firm with operations across 80 countries. The firm offers a range of services including strategic advisory and consulting, project and development services, integrated facilities management, project and asset management. JLL approached Teamspace to bring orderliness within their communication channels.


With a geographically-diverse workplace, the firm relied upon multiple channels for communicating and collaborating within their team. They were looking to identify a single platform that could streamline their processes and improve operational visibility.


To accommodate their key objectives, Teamspace built the workforce management platform to streamline communication between multiple departments and branches. First, the platform was customized to suit their diverse workplace and build the hierarchy of their global operations. This streamlined their process of transmitting information across all the branches and made it simple for the co-workers to collaborate and ideate within a digital workplace.

Second, we integrated the geofence functionality to help them keep track of their remote employees and monitor work progress. To make the transition smooth, we integrated few of their existing applications to the platform as well.
